Mobile plan is included in the Wi-Fi plan but still need to pay the mobile plan

Hi team,

My Wi-Fi plan includes a free mobile line service for 12 months. However, I received a separate mobile bill. I understand that Xfinity mobile service is different from Xfinity Wi-Fi service but could you please have look at this issue? Does the mobile bill look right?

Good evening @user_9kx30b, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your mobile billing concerns, we appreciate it. We can review your mobile bill to confirm if it looks correct. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

We look forward to working with you further!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. This issue has been fixed. The statement was removed from my Xfinity account and I don't need to make a payment. It seems that the system needs some time to sync but fortunately it was fixed before the payment due date. Thank you all the same.

Wonderful @user_9kx30b! I'm happy to hear that the issue has been fixed and appreciate you reporting back! Our system can take time to update but we're glad it was fixed before the payment due date. Do you have any additional questions or concerns our team can help with?
