Mobile phone
I noticed that I have 2 mobile numbers on my account and I only have 1 phone. I see there's a apple 15 now prepaid phone number on my account and I have never ordered a prepaid phone. However when I made my payment a couple of days ago after I paid it it was still disconnected. They made me make a $25.00 payment on the now phone number. I'm really confused and feel like I'm due a refund for this mistake. I'm really concerned that someone else has opened this account under my name. I would really appreciate it if you would call me back ASAP ! My phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Thank you.
