Mobile phone not being delivered
Fedex not delivering phone , was supposed to be today , they sent me amessage saying Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed. I am in a 11 story apartment building. They never called or sent email just email saying Customer not available or business closed grand rapids mi. has always had problems with fedex not delivering. If this is like all the other times they will do this 2 more times and then tell me i have to go fedex pickup location to get it.
This virus thing has stopped most buses in this city so there is no bus going anywhere near their pickup loocation which on the border with another city. I do not own a car.
There were no that's zero calls to my phone today thats ( 0).
Is there a support number to call to cancel the mobile phone order if fedex does what it has done in the past ?

It was delivered yesterday afternoon. simple activation and setup , lot easier than the att samsung.

I have already been billed 75.00 and it is automaticly taken out every month. I dont want to be paying on a service i dont have.

for some realson your phone dos not get deliverd fedex will this return your order too the warehouse it came from so there nothing you need to do right now

Fedex has done this to me over and over the last 3 years here in grand rapids , mi. They never call they park their truck right in front of the apartment building but never get out. When you fedex here ingrand rapids mi , lady that answers the phone just laughs at you.
In 2019 we sat outside and oberved fedex park right in front of our building and send email no one home or business closed. This happened at least 5 times.

Just to give you a good idea on how fedex works here in grand rapids mi. Last week i had a package that fedex sent me an email that said they were going to deliver on thursday. They delivered it on wednesday and did not even let me know it was being delivered . I was not home so it sat by my door for several hours. The shipper did not get a delivered notice and they contacted me to see if it was delivered.

Another reason this message is bs is in michigan we are under stay at home lock down until may 28. If you try to walk somewhere the police stop you ask you what you are doing out. If in car they don't stop at all , only people walking.

Here is another example of fedex -
package shipped with fedex Thursday, March 26 still hasn't arrived tracking info shows this
Delivered Tuesday 3/24/2020 at 9:48 am it seems the package was delivered 2 days before it shipped. I never recived this item. This item is still wandering around in fedex's world somewhere.
