Mobile Phone Account Opened without my Authorization

Xfinity established a mobile phone in my name without my knowledge. I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed xfinity $526.  That is when I became aware of this fraudulent transaction.  For two days I tried to resolve this issue by phone and in the Xfinity store where I allegedly purchased the phone. None of their CSR were able to resolve the issue.  I asked for a copy of my signed contract as proof that I purchased the mobile phone in my name. Xfinity could not produce a mobile phone contract with my signature and date of the transaction.  I have disputed the charges with their legal department.  I also filed a complaint against Xfinity with my state’s Division of Consumer Protection.  If anyone is interested in coming together to file a lawsuit against Xfinity, I’m all in.
