Mobile payment

I paid my past due balance of $352 with quick pay.
However, it applied to my Internet service  and not my mobile service. Can you please help me get that amount transferred to my mobile account so that my lines get turned back on?

user_b04637 Hello and thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Community Forums. I can definitely understand how frustrating seeing your payment made to the wrong account must be, especially when you're trying to restore your mobile service as quickly as possible. Because Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile are two separate accounts and independent services, payments made to one account can't be directly transferred to the other. However, if your Internet account now has a credit balance from the payment you made, I can help review options for requesting a refund of that credit, which could then be used toward your Mobile account balance. To get started, please send me a Direct Message with your full name and service address. Once I have that information, I'll take a closer look and see what options are available to help get this resolved for you. I know this situation can be stressful, and I'll do my best to help.
