Mobile order still waiting to process ID verification

I placed 2 orders this week for upgrades under the iphone promotion. The verification link said it would take 24hrs. It's been 3 days. I've called the verification line multiple times and they've confirmed the documents were uploaded but the system has given no update. How can I raise my ticket to a higher department to get some help on this?!

I have created a ticket by clicking the direct messaging and sent to xfinity support with my name and account information
