Mobile Billing Issue

I’ve reached out recently to xfinity support to cancel my mobile lines. 

I never used the service as I moved and have attempted to cancel the service, but continue to be charged. 

I was told in my last communication that I would not have to pay what has been billed. Yet the balance to remain and grow. Any support would be appreciated.
