Mobile and Xfinity Hotspots signals decreasing

Over the past 3-4 months I have experienced a decrease in cell signal.  2+ years I have been with Xfinity Mobile.  Same job, same routines, same walks day in and day out.  Always had 4 to max bars cell signal.  Again, over the past 3-4 months I have seen my signal at 0 (meaning I have noe service) - to 2 bars.  And even at 2 bars its shaky!  Now you're supposed to be able to bounce off of Xfinity hotspots wherever.  And again, before, I was fine with my day in and out routine.  Now......[shrug].  I could be in the middle of watching a news cast, or listening to Tune-In, Youtube, or Pandora, and it would stop and buffer...and buffer...and buffer.  I reset my phone and still I can't even recommend to anyone to transfer to Xfinity Mobile.  Before I would tell folks to folks that.  Now, I definitely can't.  Especially with the decrease in service, both mobile and Wi-Fi hotspots. I think it's time to jump ship. It was fun while it lasted. But I can't deal with failing service, especially if it's a emergency and I am holding up my phone for some type of service.

Your phone needs a new battery to function properly.
