Mobile activation successful, but no service.

I just got my sim cards for my phone and my wife's phone. I followed the prompt online at the xfinitymobile.com/activate, transferred our numbers, and it completed successfully on both. However, neither phone is connected to xfinity mobile, and we can't call or text.

Hello @Damanpeach, thank you for taking all of those self-service steps to get your phones activated. Are you still having issues with connecting to the Xfinity Mobile network?
