I went to a xfinity store in Coconut Creek and after being sold three Iphones and being told I would get a credit back for two of them , I find out it was a lie and that store is a franchise and they do not stand behind their employees, I then went to a corporate sstore in Pompano Beach and a nice young man , Ellion Pinnock has been helping me since October to correct this and as of today he is still trying, I want to give a shout out to this young man for all the help he is giving me and keeps his cool and is very soft spoken and understanding. Why do we allow these franchise stores to geat away with misinformation. I have spoken with others that have had the same problem with franchise stores. Come on Xfinity you do not need the bad publicity from them, I have been a customer for many years , I am a diamond customer. Just want Ellion to get credit for being one of the good guys, Penny Dipietro
