Mobile account

I noticed that on my account I have 2 mobile phone numbers,  1 regular and 1 now prepaid phone.  I have never ordered a now prepaid phone and when I made my payment a couple of days ago I paid my normal bill and they disconnected my regular mobile phone.  Then to get my service back on, I had to pay $25.00 for the now account phone number.  I don't know what is going on or who would have ordered this now prepaid phone but I feel like I'm due a refund and an explanation.  I would appreciate it if you would call me ASAP please.  My phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
