Mobile account not showing up and not able to access it.

Long story short, I wanted to downgrade my Xfinity tv services, accidentally they opened a new account and sent me the equipment.

I returned the equipment and said cancel the new account and downgrade my old account. Well now I can't access my mobile account and in fact it says I don't have one. 

Please can someone help me...
