MMS

I was with Verizon for years. Switched to Xfinity... (same cell towers n all). Yet now my picture texts (MMS cuz I don't have a choice) just sit there and spin. Sometimes they go through but they don't more than they do. I'm not happy about this AT ALL. What's the fix Xfinity?
