Mistreated over and over
I first went to Xfinity to upgrade my wife and I’s iPhone 15 pro max’s to iPhone 17 pro max’s during the most recent promotion. I sat with the representative for over an hour and he said they would order tbe phones with both my wife and I getting $1,100 in credits over the next two years if we upgrade to the premium lines for $40 a month each. Well they upgraded our lines of course but never ordered our phones! It was deceit and a lie. I spend about 5 hours over the next weeks dealing with in person representative and online representatives, all to deceive me again and say I don’t have credits because I just moved and there’s a system error and oh you should have those credits but they are not showing up. I called numerous times too and got told customer loyalty service would call me back to help in 24 hrs, it’s been five days. Terrible experience and if it’s not fixed I’m going to report to the AG for fraud.

Yes, Xfinity mobile is nightmare indeed. Never tell the truth or resolve issue. Xfinity is just fraud and chat/voice agents always lie.
