Missing trade in credit

Ok so I dropped my phone off at the post office on January 26th. The deadline for assurant to receive my phone was February 12th or so it said. On February 12th, I went to my local xfinity store to make sure I so t lose the trade in deal. The guy told me I “should” be fine and that it can take 30 days to process. Well it’s been well over 30 days and no trade in credit applied to my account. The status doesn’t say if they received my phone or not. Not sure what to do at this point. Just give me a $500 check and call it good.
