miss leading mobile plan
After an hour and a half of begin on the phone I had cancelled my mobile plan because of miss leading promotions. I had talked to two people originally when signing up for Xfinity moible plan, I was under the impression I was getting a certain deal when switching. Come to find out I was wrong. They wanted to charge me for the free Samsung a15 phone they had sent me, also they had told me that I was only paying 35 monthly to switch providers and use my own phone but all of a sudden told me 45 plus fees and there was nothing they could do but only offer to open up a second line for half the price. When trying to sort all this out everyone that I had talked to was unprofesional and just wanted to pass me down the blame down the line.<Edited: Solicitation>. The whole process is overly difficult and miss leading!
