Misleading Sales Tactics: Phone Rep claimed 12-month Unlimited Mobile offer is "Free Forever"
I am writing to report a concerning experience with a sales representative on 03/19/2026.
While discussing the "Unlimited Mobile line included for 1 year" promotion, the representative repeatedly assured me that the line would remain free for as long as I have Xfinity Internet service.
When I pointed out that my written agreement specifically states the credit expires after 12 months, the agent told me to ignore the paperwork because "the system hasn't been updated yet" and reiterated that it would never revert to the $40/month charge.
i want this interaction reviewed for quality assurance and coaching. This type of "bait and switch" tactic is deceptive and will lead to significant billing disputes for customers in a year's time.
Please escalate this to the appropriate management team.
