Military free line still showing 1 year instead of 2 years

My military benefit ticket ECM0025602281 was marked as completed on Oct 21, but my Xfinity Mobile line promotion is still only showing until September 15, 2027 (1 year), instead of the 24-month military promotion.

I am a verified military veteran. The line has been active for over a month and the first bill already came out.

I have contacted online customer service three times and called once. The online agents kept transferring me back and forth without resolving the issue, which has been very frustrating. I then called and got this ticket opened. They said it would be fixed, but the promotion end date is still showing as September 15, 2027.

Could someone please check this ticket and update the promotion end date to 24 months?Thank you.
