Unless you've been paying for device protection they aren't going to help you, and the phone number they love giving out is worthless. Clean the charging port... plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it. Could be filled with lint from your pocket. If that doesn't work you'll either need to get it repaired or get a new phone.
