Messed up big time to ruin my New Year

I have three phones lines in my account. Two phones are on payment plans but one is paid up. I tried to port out just one paid up phone line. Later, I realized that I ported the wrong number. So, I logged onto the other carrier and it showed issues with information so porting halted. So, I felt reassured that the porting will not go thru and I did not take any action. But, yesterday, the porting went thru. Now, my payment plan has been canceled. I am out of about $1400. I contacted the other carrier and got the account number and pin to port it back to xfinity. Somebody, pls assist! :(
