Where do I mail my payment?  My local office is so far away and I'm not interested in making online payments or autopay

@user_0d9faa, Thank you for your question about where to send your bill. There are a few different mailing addresses listed. It depends on what part of the country you are in. Please don't list your full address in this public forum, but could you tell me what state you live in?

I live in AZ. Where do I mail a payment for my mobile phone bill? I am not interested in online payments and the local office is so far away.

Thank you for connecting with us here. Xfinity Mobile is a Digital First service and mail-in payments are not accepted. There are a few ways to pay your Xfinity Mobile bill.

  • By default, all bills are set on auto-pay. This means we will automatically charge your card every month for the full amount owed on your bill. Your auto-pay date is always 20 days after your billing cycle closes.
  • You can also make a one-time payment before your auto-pay date. Just select "Make a Payment" in the Billing section of your Xfinity Mobile account after your billing cycle closes but before your auto-pay date arrives.
  • If you just want to make a payment without signing in to your account, you can do so using Quick Pay. With Quick Pay, anyone can make a quick payment on your behalf without having full access to your account.

If you need assistance making payments, we recommend speaking to an Xfinity Mobile Billing Specialist directly at (888) 936-4968. They will be best equipped to help from there.
