Made the wrong switch or what??

I made the switch from T-Mobile to Xfinity mobile and I’ve had one bar ever since then what is going on with Xfinity?.. There are a few other big concerns that I will wait a few more days before I post. i’ve been on the phone for hours with them. I’m very unhappy with my service so far coming in as a new customer.
