LTE/5G are 0.5 to 3.25 Mbps
Hello, I’ve called and chatted with customer service, but they cannot explain why my phone says 5G but I get sub 3G speeds (0.5 to 3.25 Mbps). iPhone 14 says 5G but not getting those speeds… let alone web surfing speed. Did network reset, restart, airplane, and reinstalled ESIM. They claimed a ticket would have to be filed, but I never received a confirmation or timeline. Oddly, the rep through in a god bless at the end, but could not provide any answers. I live in a map zone that should have a decent 5G connection. Any help would be awesome.
