LOST PHONE

I am having the SAME issue, Fedex lost my package and it has taken them over a week to tell me they can’t find it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a competent Xfinity representative and then when I do they tell me “it’s FedEx responsibility, then FedEx tells me it’s Xfinity. This is insane and NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and it’s getting old. Someone needs to fix this
