Lost I phone
I ordered an I phone 15 for my son birthday. Never received it, it was lost by fed ex. Xfinity never opened a ticket I had to do all the leg work and everytime I called xfinity they gave me the same stupid answer the phone is being delivered. Even after fed x told them they couldn’t find the phone. They wouldn’t take it off my account. After talking to 25 different representatives and numerous supervisors no one knew what they were talking about. And it took almost a month to get my refund. They kept reading off the same script. Xfinity has the worst customer service ever. No one listens. Wouldn’t no one give me the number to speak tos someone higher up or information to file a complaint.
finally today order a new phone and reliaze I order the wrong one after finally speaking to a customer service representative couldn’t cancel it. They have a policy to cancel within 10 minutes. It takes longer than that to speak to a customer service representative. Talking to a supervisor didn’t help. I WOULD NOT recommend xfinity to anyone. I don’t believe anyone here knows what they are doing. The only thing they are trying to do is keep you. They do not care about their customers,that I don’t understand why anyone stays. I have never heard that you can’t cancel an order that you have to wait till it’s delivered and it hasn’t been sent out yet. This was at 6am. Please don’t waste your time or energy calling the company that don’t care about their customer and won’t prorate you when they are at fault. And know going forward if you have a problem they are not going to do anything to resolve it. It’s totally on you to do that because all they are going to say is I understand. And then ask you would you like to order something else. Why would you. Xfinity totally has the worst customer service and knowledge that I have ever come across.

Hello, @user_ki4lwe Most Xfinity Mobile device and accessory orders can only be canceled up to 30 minutes after the order is placed online, over the phone, or via sales chat. Once this 30-minute window has expired, fulfillment begins, and the order can no longer be canceled before it’s shipped to the customer’s service address. Once an item has shipped you can follow the instructions in this article https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/returns-and-exchanges to return the device.
