"Looks like you're not an Xfinity Mobile customer" despite definitely being an Xfinity mobile customer
When I login to Xfinity Mobile, go to the top right dropdown and click "Account", I'm redirected to https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/my-account/add-xfinity-mobile/non-user where it says the error message in the title. Just looking to access the information on my account page. It suggested contacting the support line at 888-936-4968, however it seemed there wasn't an appropriate option, so I'm posting my problem here.
Hoping I can get support on this issue.
