Login screen loop

I'm trying to get internet set up but it won't let me log in and keeps giving me the login screen despite entering it correctly

Hello, @user_fa319f. I am sorry that you keep going in a loop when trying get the internet set up. Are you trying to connect your home internet to your mobile device or trying to set up a Xfinity Mobile line with the internet?

I'm trying to get your app to work but all it does is infinite loop the login screen.

Thanks for trying out the troubleshooting steps, @user_fa319f. We would like to look at your account and Xfinity ID. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Thanks for letting me know the issue is still persisting, @user_fa319f. Have you tried to clear your cookies, uninstall the app, restart your device, reinstall the app, and then try to log in again? That will clear out any saved data that may be stored preventing you from getting logged in.

That does not work, it says I'm already logged in and when I hit continue it just brings me back to the same screen.
