Leaving this horrendous company after 10 years
Beyond awful customer service. Call after call over the years. No help-zero-they just keep transferring. They keep telling me I don’t have a cell account (3 lines-10 years). Now no ability to pay my bill online. Been trying for 4 days. Another customer said it…”billion dollar company-can’t pay your bill online”.
bye bye Xfinity. Good riddance!

@vjrowan This is never the experience we want for our valued customers. When you call in are you calling 1-888-936-4968 to speak with out expert Xfinity Mobile agents?
