There's a lot of bad service experience.  Personally, my experience with them has only gotten better since Xfinity took over.  Specifically, though, I chatted with a couple agents today through the live agent chat online.  I even totally screwed up one of the phone line's information (thus the two agents).  They were both great and helpful.  That is all I wanted to say.
