Late phone bill

I’m going to be about 2 weeks late on my phone bill is my service going to be disconnected? We have a good payment history

@user_zhlxb1 You shouldn't have to worry if you are only going to be 2 weeks late. Generally, it only becomes an issue if you go beyond 30 or 40 days. If that were to be the case, I would contact support ahead of time to make payment arrangements.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
