I've lost service completely

Was on the phone with a costumer service agent and I've now lost all mobile service.

Was trying to transfer my line from my parents account over to my own Xfinity intern and open up own line with the same phone number. When he said he was transferring call dropped and I now have no service or know how to turn it back on.

Good afternoon user_7d4pqi are you still experiencing issues with your mobile service?

Yes. I’ve been on with 10 different customer support people. I just want my phone number back that you all deactivated, need it for work and have it for over 10 years. Need this resolved as soon as possible, getting to the point of canceling my lines.

We will be more than happy to assist you further. I will need some additional information.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
