I've been waiting more then 48 hrs for device unlock

So I was inform that my phone would have been unlocked I've waited more then 48 hrs and it's Still not unlocked I'm starting to get upset I paid $900 just to be told my phone is unable to be used for t-mobile network whats the deal I've told them I need my phone to be able to call and check up on my kids while I'm at work and they said they put it in to be unlocked 30 minutes to an hr I have my boss that calls me I'm on call 24/7 for my job I keep getting told different hrs and different times everytime I connect with xfinity mobile and all the numbers I've call aren't the actual unlock department I've even threatened to sue them and still don't have a unlocked for and I've been waiting since the 16th of this month I'm tried of being lied to and told different stuff
