It has been a very long time now.

This is regarding Xfinity mobile. It has been over a month since they said I will receive the refund on my card and they have yet to fix the monthly bill. It's getting to almost a full year of service and I've been getting the runaround several times from the agents; promising a supervisor will call me that's same day, but never does.
