I’ve spoken to you guys several times regarding my mobile bill as well as my regular bill somehow my account was hacked and somebody got all my information, including my personal information my Social Security number, and my my debit cards, my bank account information I was on the phone with you guys for weeks. Supposedly my account was secured after five times of calling you guys and I was told both accounts would be credited credit them take the credit back shut my services off and now my bills are just getting higher and higher. Still haven’t received the credit yet, my next step is filing a complaint with the FCC or the BBB. I’ve been a customer since 2019 I give you guys close to $1000 a month for every service that I have with you guys I have to Mobile accounts one of which isn’t mine but it’s reporting on my credit report said you take care of it you never did , my bills supposed to be $240 a month I get the new invoice for the new bill. It’s 400 and some if my phones get shut off due to nonpayment because of very high amount I’m gonna be pissed because I use this for work every time I call I have to wait hours on hold to speak with somebody they never know what I’m calling about and I had to repeat myself over and over again until I start back from the beginning. It’s not my fault that I called an Xfinity  and one of your workers decided to try to take money out of my account or we pretend to pay my bills and then weeks later the payment would decline all these charges. I’m being charged fees for things that aren’t even my fault somebody’s get in touch with me with this cause I am not happy  and I’m gonna do everything and everything until I get some customer service on this and I get the credits I was told I was gonna get
