Issues with social security being wrong agian...
This issue has been fixed twice for it to be an issue again. How is it possible to change my social without me doing it... I would love it if I could buy a phone without this being an issue. I talked to a support agent on the 23rd and I called the number he told me to call back about the issue and it was the number to the Social Security office...

I want to upgrade my phone without running into this issue every other time. Please help.

Hey @Kileyco, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I'd like to see what is going on with it. Can you send us a direct message so I can take a look at your account?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
