Issues with getting credit applied to my account. [Edited]
I was told by a few Xfinity employees that I have a credit on my bill and it is still not there I was told that two weeks ago last week and I was told yesterday that it would be on my account today by 4pm well it is still not on my account. I was in a chat with Xfinity today starting at 4pm and just left the chat because they keeped sending me to someone else and the credit is still not on my account. I should of never signed up with Xfinity but I thought they where better then Breezeline.
