Issue with Xfinity Mobile bill

In July 2025, I signed up for the Xfinity Mobile plan promo for a free phone and no payments for 12 months.  They messed up initially by charging me for the phone, but I was able to speak to an agent who credited my account for the cost of the phone.  I had the post-paid Xfinity Internet & NOW StreamSaver at the time.

At the end of November, I transferred my Xfinity Mobile account from my post-paid Xfinity account to my new prepaid NOW account.  The Xfinity mobile agent I dealt with made sure to apply the promotion by adding a credit in the amount totaling the rest of my monthly payments (Jan - July 2026).  However, I just received my bill, and my February autopay amount is $40, which is incorrect.  My bill should show a discount of -$40 to make my monthly payment $0.00.  I need an agent to fix this issue ASAP because I do not want to be charged $40 on Feb. 8th.
