Issue with 1 year free mobile line promo
I added 2 lines under 2 different accounts with the 1-year free promotion. However, I’ve been charged the monthly fee for both lines. Additionally, I never received the $100 gift card for each line.
I previously contacted support and was told I would receive the gift cards within 24 hours by email, but nothing has happened. Please resolve this issue and ensure both the promotion and gift cards are applied correctly.
