is this a joke?

i have to hand over my social security number and bank account information just to SEE what mobile plans are available and how much they are?

trying to switch from my deceased father's name into my own plan, as well as merge an xfinity mobile plan into that bundle... but you seriously want that information before i can even see anything? gross.

there is an internet and tv bundle plan. i wanted to cancel his plan at the same address, create my own without tv, and bundle with an existing xfinity mobile plan of mine. but so far it looks like it's not going to save me any money, and att offers me $800 trade in for my phone... far more than the $50 check that xfinity offers.

but it looks like i can save quite a bit by splitting it up and taking the mobile service elsewhere.

I understand. If you're an authorized user on the current account, we can make the changes. Do you know if you are? We will be able to handle the residential side of the service, but we don't handle Xfinity Mobile accounts via social media.
