Is there any other way to get verified for a mobile order? this is frustrating!

I've tried and tried for the past hours to get verified for a mobile phone order where I'm ordering two phones. Countless calls to the customer service department and countless chats sent and I still can't get helped. I keep getting sent links where it keeps saying ''Error, verification does not exist'' and nobody can help me or send me a link to an alternative route where i can submit documentation. This is so [Edited: "Language"] frustrating, I've been a customer long enough that I shouldn't even have to go through this. Any help is appreciated before I just cut ties with Xfinity.

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. 
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question.
