Is the support for the Google Pixel watch with LTE being actively added?

Hello, I purchased a Pixel watch but technical support is telling me only Apple watches can be added at the time. Can you please let me know if you are currently adding support for this device? 

They also advised: "According to Xfinity's watch policy we do not add the bring your own devices brought by the customer. However, if the watch is purchased from Xfinity we are able to add it on the account."
