iPhone14 activate issue
Unable to get get activation set up complete distasteful switching from Verizon prepaid to xfinity rep says Verizon prepaid didn’t release port Verizon confirmed they have. After being on line with different reps for over 10 hours a rep tried to port my second number to the same iPhone 14. Rep after her says she didn’t remove 1st number so now both pending. That rep removed the first number port request. Still nothing after several tickets have been created told different info by each rep. Last rep via chat said everything good to go should get QR CODE AND ESIM EMAIL IN 1-2 hours. 4 hour later still no email but able to do “activate process again” on mobile app. Still back to same issue unable to activate error blah blah blah I really wish I stayed with Verizon this has been a complete disaster especially with all the lies to get my off the phone or chat closed out.

Have you already contacted your previous cell phone carrier to verify if the port request is pending or if the number can be placed on hold? That way we can resolve this issue and ensure you don't lose your personal number.

I have the same issue. I can't believe they're able to make so many lies.

I eventually just requested xfinity to remove all port info that was previous inputted. Kept my Verizon number and created google voice. I paid $3 to unlock the google voice number and after 48 hours I ported the number over to xfinity. It sucks to have to had to do it this way but I do have the iPhone 14 activated now with the google voice number it took 3-4 days for the google voice number to port over. Maybe you can do the same to just have a working number as well with xfinity and to eliminate additional headaches.
