Iphone12 pro activation issue ?

I got a Iphone 12 pro as pre order yesterday, Xfinity saying issue is going on to activate the new 5G device and i am hung on call to connect on xfinity L2 support since  last 3 hrs. It's really weared. I was trying to transfer line from existing to new device.

Does it really  such a big issue to resolve  quickly?
