iPhone unlock run around
Originally chatted with an agent who said he started the unlock process . This never happened phone never was unlocked . Called again today to be told he never started the process at all . Now being told I need to wait another 7 days . My brother paid his phone off and canceled his line. This is ridiculous honestly

Hey there, I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time unlocking your phone. Unfortunately my department does not have the ability to do that for you, you would need to contact the mobile team directly by calling in at 1 (800) 934-6489

Hello Just had the 3 day run around and I was not gonna let it get any worse. Go to a third party company they will get it from the (samsung/apple) provider themselves and they did it for me within the next hour. and while you're at it make sure everyone you know, knows never to choose comcast as a company until they stop outsourcing their support line from out of country.
