iPhone trade in at Xfinity store - credit not received
Hello,
I trade in my iPhone at a Xfinity store in Jacksonville florida, Beach Blvd location. Representative said that I will receive a $400 check with 2 weeks. I did not receive any check or credit and after 3 weeks I contacted the representative via chat and he said that they have no records of trade in🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Hopefully I will be a to pass by the store soon but this is very concerning. How come they have no records of the trade in? This looks like a big scam...
