iPhone 14 Pro Max incoming calls going to voicemail (user busy)
Customer service [Edited: "Language"]!!!!! My phone is yet doing this again. Agents talk to you like you’re an idiot. They all say the same exact thing… here are some messages from the the chats from last weekend. All from different agents!!!!!

Im chatting with an agent now and still is getting told the same the same thing. Phone is still not working right and still have gotten a credit. Terrible customer service. By the way when they don’t feel like dealing with it they just leave the chat… just like this very second!!!!!!!

My guess is that your iPhone line is incorrectly thinking that it is busy because it did not properly disconnect or something from another device, which could be your car, your Apple Watch, Alexa, iPod, or other device used for answering/making calls. So check you Bluetooth and other settings?
My brother had this problem and it was usually resolved by updating his phone and watch to the latest software, or sometimes just powering off and on all of his devices.
