iPhone 13 Pro Shipping Times?
I pre-ordered an upgrade for iPhone on Friday. I know it's a bit soon but has anyone seen the 'Shipped' status update yet?
Ordered a gold color w/ 256gb if that matters.

Hi all, I placed my order of 13 pro max graphite 128 at round 7pm est on 17th. I just find the cancel button disappeared in my billing page and also find a new shipping label created in my Fedex account. The label info shows the it's from Comcast Xfinity Mobile Shipping Manager so I guess that is my order. I assume everyone who placed the order for the same model before me should also have their order shipped. Good luck!

I placed my order on Sept 17 for the IPhone 13 pro max 128 gb sierra blue and still no shipping date!! Hoping I get something soon and no cancel option since the 22nd of September!!

I have had other experiences with Xfinity that were similar to this. I put in my order on the morning of the 17th and after a few days the ability to cancel disappeared. The staff of Xfinity are at the mercy of some incompetent senior managers. They never complain about the senior managers, but they are sympathetic to my position. After similar issues when I tried to order a new iphone 12 for my wife last summer and again ordering the new Ipad pro in May, I should’ve known better than to order the iPhone 13 promax. A week ago I tried to cancel my iPhone 13. A week ago, I finally found a sympathetic supervisor who indicated she would try to stop it. But it remained in my app as ordered and waiting notification. I quit Xfinity yesterday. I told the staff at Xfinity that if by some chance the iPhone 13 ever gets delivered, I will carry it into Xfinity office and deliver it. Three days ago I signed up with T-Mobile and Friday, my T-Mobile iPhone promax arrived. I’m almost done with the hassling to get things resolved with Xfinity but I anticipate Xfinity will make this very difficult for me. In order to get my deposit back, customer service staff will spend hours of staff time trying to deal with incompetent workflows that have been established by idiots who have no understanding of the simplicity that is possible or the desire of customers to do business with their company but with a dislike of being jerked around. Good luck to the rest of you customers.

I ordered a 13 pro max 128 gb gold on 9/27 and got the tracking number last week only. It's arriving today. Still confused how come it's coming in a week where everyone else is waiting.
P.S - checked the IMEI number and it's a 13 pro max imei

I ordered a 13 Pro 1TB on 9/17 but have yet to receive the shipping notification. Delivery was estimated the 8th so I suppose it could ship in two days and still meet the 8th estimated date but after hearing that others who also ordered on the 17th already have tracking numbers makes me doubt the truthfulness of the estimated date.

I’m giving xfinity until this Friday until I order the 13 Pro Max from AT&T instead I’m honestly done waiting at this point I “pre ordered” for the first time with Comcast rather than apple and what a mistake this is it’s so frustrating and they charged me for the phone too but can’t ship it they aren’t supposed to charge you until it actually ships but apparently not …..

I ordered a sierra blue pro max / 256 on Sept 19 and still no shipping status as of October 5. Has anyone who preordered the same model, color combo received theirs? Is it a shortage of sierra blue? So frustrated that I was being proactive ordering early and feel like last to receive mine.
live been loyal to Xfinity Mobile and have sung its praises over the years, but now I’m pretty unhappy.

I just ordered a 256GB 13 Pro max with AT&T it ships next week I’m done with Comcast I’ll be returning the phone if they ever do ship it .

I have ordered iphone 13 pro max on sep 19th. Xfinity member told it is not available till Nov 12 or later as no stock available.

I think the Pro is also not in stock because I ordered on September 17th and it's nothing but crickets from Comcast. They must have only ordered the non Pro and only the smaller capacities as they are only shipping those.

Last night, I was told via chat by a Xfinity Mobile representative that my order which was promised to be delivered on the 24th is going to be shipped today. I have not received a confirmation yet but hope what he said was true.

Having worked for Xfinity for just shy of 4 years (no longer work there) prior to the pandemic I can say that I've been there since day 1 of Xfinity Mobile as I helped roll out some of the stuff for them. These delays don't surprise me at all with shipping. I worked hand in hand with one of the main guys in charge of the program and even he didn't know a lot of when items where coming in and when they weren't especially with pre-orders. I too ordered the 2 Blue iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TBs within 1 minute of the preorder going live. It instantly had a date of 10/9 for "delivery". As of 10/8 @ 7:54pm CST I still have not been charged and still have no shipping information and knowledge of when it's coming. My connections that I used to have are of no help and as in typical fashion the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing with pre-orders and launches of an iPhone.
These are just my opinions and experiences. Please don't flood me with questions and or experiences that differ from mine and how I'm wrong. I just wanted to post from someone who worked inside and let you know it is as disorganized as it's coming across to everyone without any information on whether they will get shipping info anytime soon or not.
