iPhone 13 Pro Shipping Times?

I pre-ordered an upgrade for iPhone on Friday. I know it's a bit soon but has anyone seen the 'Shipped' status update yet?

Ordered a gold color w/ 256gb if that matters.

Update: my son’s iPhone 13 shipped- my iPhone 13 Pro 255 Graphite has not shipped yet but the option to cancel is gone now. I ordered my Pro first but I attribute my son’s 13 shipping first to there just being more stock of the regular 13’s available. Awaiting shipping confirmation of my Pro now. 

Side note: I had mentioned earlier that I had some remorse about not picking the Pro Max and the Sierra Blue color. I saw an unboxing today and the Sierra Blue isn’t as light in person as it appears in pictures and the Max is way too big so I’m happy with my choice.

@Nakkiewill I haven’t gotten anything and my option to cancel is still there. I checked my confirmation email as someone else pointed out and at the bottom it does say 9/24 as the delivery date. I’m waiting not so patiently lol

So my son’s iPhone 13 128 GB in Blue has shipped the option to cancel my order has disappeared but my iPhone 13 Pro 256 GB has still not shipped as of this time. I hope I get my phone on time it’s 2 day shipping….I ordered my phones so fast on the opening day of preorders first thing in the morning

@Nakkiewill even for people who preordered on Friday? I know that the dates are getting pushed farther back for people preordering later… ugh I really hope the Oct 9 doesn’t apply to people who preordered the first day.

@Cicibrownie that’s what’s confusing to me I literally ordered within 5 mins of them becoming available on the 17th and I just talked to xfinity on chat and they are telling me October 16th but that’s the date if you preorder them today which I tried explain to them .. customer service leaves a lot to be desired at this point I’ll just wait until whenever it shows up. I never order through phone carriers always preorder through apple never had this happen it’s ridiculous.

@user_8cc695 Yep, I just talked to another rep and she said she can't see anything on her end about when it will be shipped... like do they pick favorites? hahaha. I was wondering if maybe it had something to do with what part of the country it's being shipped to. I'm in GA, idk. It looks like it's coming from PA. I'm trying to be optimistic lol.

I am still waiting for my shipping notification for 13 Pro 512GB graphite. I chatted with an Xfinity rep this morning who assured me it would ship "soon" and would arrive on the 24th. They also told me to expect a tracking number by email shortly. That was about 4 hours ago and still nothing. Seems unlikely it will arrive by Friday. Based on the FAQ for phone orders, they only deliver on business days so if not Friday the earliest would be Monday 9/27. We will see...

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro Max 124gb graphite and still haven’t received my tracking number. What’s the point of a pre order if we won’t have them on the 24th. It’s very disappointing.

@bgrieser12 same. I ordered a pro max 256gb and haven’t received any notification. I still have the option to cancel where others said their option to cancel went away right before they got their shipping notification. I ordered mine Friday morning. I don’t understand the point of pre-order either if people who didn’t pre-order can walk into a store on Friday and get theirs and we don’t get ours. It [Edited: "Language"] because I changed carriers and I’m gonna end up going into the next billing cycle with my old one. It’s frustrating. Maybe just maybe we will get it soon. I chatted with them too and they gave me a tracking number but it was for a SIM card I ordered (that’s running late lol) and I didn’t realize til they got off. Very aggravating.

Contacted Comcast a second time and now they are telling me the phone is not in stock and my delivery date isn’t until October 9th… meaning the same as if I had just put my order in today. Extremely frustrating.

Just got my shipping notification email for a 256GB pro graphite ordered early AM Sept 18.

Label was created this AM and shipped fedex overnight even tho they said 2-day shipping. Will see when it’s actually picked up by fedex…scheduled delivery says Friday.

Update on on mine...

Received my tracking number last night,  as I posted above.   But there's been no movement in the FedEx system.   However,  there is a message saying it could take 24 hours to update.   Also,  in my Xfinity Mobile App,  under devices,  there's now an IMEI and serial number etc associated with the new phone.   So,   it certainly appears that it's happening.   Hopefully Friday is the day...

Coming from Texas to Maryland according the label created,  so I have my doubts

My option to cancel my order has disappeared from my account as of the last hour I’ve seen other people say that happens right before shipping so hopefully soon I won’t get it Friday but hopefully next week which is fine better than waiting until October 👀

@user_8cc695  Yes that is a good sign your order has been moved to shipping. You should be good. It can take a couple hours and if you get it tomorrow that’s still ok you should get your device on time

@iPhoneGuy86 yes I think it’s finally making progress around 5PM the option to cancel went away and 20 mins later I had a email from xfinity with my trade in mail label and instructions for my current iPhone . But as of now at 9pm still no tracking for my new one. I noticed in your previous post you mentioned getting your sons phone tracking number did you get the pro tracking number now too ?

It’s pretty obvious I’m not getting mine delivered on 9/24 despite my order confirmation that specifically lists that date. I may try an Xfinity store on Friday. The problem is, they don’t have phone numbers (which is ridiculous btw) so how do I determine if mine has any in stock on Friday @Xfinity Support ? I’d prefer not having to drive there just to find out they don’t have inventory.

My confirmation shows "Pre Order Availability: 2021-10-09T07:00:00-0500" (the order was unfortunately placed at 7 pm on 17th), I tried to chat with online agent to see whether there is a new estimated date, after a really long waiting the agent told me "the device was supposed to reach on 20th however there has been a delay". Emmmmmm, I guess you never know what reply the online agent will give you when he doesn't know the answer.

@user_fj54vw Probably I should add more details about order. I ordered pro max 128G graphite. The interesting thing is that I actually have another order for the same model which was placed at  8:43 am and got confirmation email at 9:04am on 17th (EST). In that email it still shows "Pre Order Availability: 2021-10-09T07:00:00-0500".  I cancelled the first order because I forgot to claim xfinity rewards first (the one gives $25 for buying new phone). I guess it's either the stock of pro max is very limited and it was sold out in the first hour or this "Pre Order Availability" is not so accurate. Anyway I hope it's the second situation.

Update: Tried again to chat with agent, and this time I got "device may delivered till 29th of the month".🤞

I don’t want to ruin anyones hopes and dreams but depending on which model of the phone you ordered- I’d say anyone who ordered a regular 13 mini/13 need not worry as there is plenty of stock available but if you ordered a Pro or Pro Max with anything higher than 128 and you did it after 1:00 PM EST on the 18th I don’t foresee you receiving it on launch day. Also, if your still showing that you can cancel your order at this point your probably not receiving it for launch day. Most of us chatting on here ordered within a few hours of preorders going live and just got shipping details yesterday evening or today and I got shipping for my son’s iPhone 13 blue 128 GB before my iPhone 13 Pro graphite 256 GB even tho I ordered my phone first. 

Shipping operations seems to update between 9 am and 8 pm EST Mon-Sat. 

If you can no longer cancel your order I suspect it will be shipped no later than tomorrow around 12 or 1:00 PM EST for a scheduled delivery of Friday the 24th. 

if you can still cancel as of now or you don’t see a status update tomorrow before 1:00 PM EST you will likely be looking at a Monday delivery or whatever date the model you have selected has slipped to. Apple’s website isn’t even taking reserve pre-orders anymore now.

Question for the folks that have gotten the shipping notification:

Has anyone actually seen movement through the FedEx system?   Mine still says “Label Created”. That’s it..

I can see on my account a phone has been assigned.  I have an IMEI, serial number etc, but no movement on the shipment.    Arrival date says tomorrow,  but I doubt it.  

I’m starting to feel that it may get shipped tomorrow,  but not actually arrive until next week.   I suppose I’m one of the lucky ones,  but I did wake up and place the order shortly after the site went live to take orders.

I haven't seen any movement on either of my pre-orders that have received tracking numbers,  but am confident there will be by this afternoon.  Since it is Fedex overnight there will probably be acceptance by Fedex soon with delivery tomorrow.

Thank you.   Mine actually says 2-day,  not overnight.  So,  hopefully I have it by Saturday.    I've been dealing with this sketchy iPhone 7 for this long,  what's a few more days I suppose...

Mine isn’t letting me cancel no more since yesterday evening but still no shipment this is kinda ridiculous lol I normally order through apple definitely will be doing that next time.
