iPhone 12 Pro calls go straight to voicemail
Ok so I’m trying this Xfinity forum because the people at the store are absolute zero help and tech support has me reset network settings witch only works for a couple days, I’ve toggled Wi-Fi calling tried it on and off with Wi-Fi on and off turned off the “silence unknown caller” feature disabled do not disturb turned off bedtime call forwarding is off, I tried the *73 trick, I completely erased and fully backed up to the latest iOS, I have no blocked callers, I tried turning the cellular data off on my watch and toggling airplane mode on both the watch and iPhone itself the only thing I’ve seen on this forum was that one person had gotten ahold of tier 2 support and had there line de-provisioned and then re-provisioned I have no idea how I get to that point so if I don’t get help here I’m going to T-mobile I’m missing to many calls thank you to any one thats been through this that has answers.

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to the Digital Care team. We are sorry to see that you are having some issues and concerns with your phone and that we were not able to help address all of your concerns at the store. We do not have access to your mobile account, so you would have to reach out to our mobile experts at (888) 936-4968. If you are not able to get any help with our phone agents, you can send us a private message with your name and full address and we can look into this for you.

I have had this problem since I got my Apple Watch. I read in an earlier post that you have to power off the Apple Watch and power it back on. Problem is you don’t know this is happening until you’ve missed critical calls. Went to the ixinity store. They were no help. I’m switching to T Mobile today. Missed a critical call last night😟
