Internet Service Address is wrong

I went to add a line to my existing Xfinity mobile account and my old Internet address was listed when I went to check out. All of my accounts are up to date with my current address. I called customer support and they said my current address is showing. I cannot change the address from my old address, and I cannot have my phone shipped there.
